How we help

A path forward, one step at a time.

Reaching out is the hardest part. Everything after that is something we walk through together.

  1. Reach out

Call, message, or stop by. There's no cost to talk and no obligation. We start however you're most comfortable.

  2. Meet with a counselor

We listen without judging or pushing. We help you understand where you are and which options fit your life.

  3. Start the program that fits

Intensive Outpatient, Supportive Outpatient or one-on-one counseling. We go with whatever supports your recovery best.

Programs

Care that meets you where you are.

Our proven outpatient treatment programs are designed around work, family and school, so you can keep your life going while you recover.

Tailored Treatment

A multi-modal approach to counseling, including psycho-educational groups and process groups, shaped around where you are in your recovery.

Founder & Executive Director

Shannon White, LCDC

"A common and dismissive statement in our society is that people never change, but nothing could be further from the truth. Given proper guidance and support, anyone is capable of change."

Shannon founded Grace To Change from her own recovery journey. She's living proof of what's possible.
