In Honor or Recognition of Loved Ones

We understand how devastating it is to lose a loved one. We offer our supporters an opportunity to designate an individual to be remembered on our page "In Honor of Our Loved Ones".

Scroll down to remember and celebrate the lives of these special individuals.

IN MEMORY OF
JOHN WHITE

John White has been an integral part in the success of GraceToChange. He believed in our vision from the beginning and supported us every step of the way.

Love this picture of him, playing and winning 3rd place with his dearest friends in a golf tournament fundraiser we had a few years back. We would be honored and grateful to receive a donation in his honor. Every dollar goes directly to help those who struggle with a substance abuse issue.

I love you dad! - Shannon
